The Dark Arts are returning to Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter this autumn. From Friday 28th September – Saturday 10th November visitors are invited to explore the darkness of the Wizarding World and learn more about Death Eaters, daring duels and Halloween feasts.
New for 2018, Fans are invited to come along in their favourite costumes of the Wizarding World and attend one of two exclusive costume evenings from 6:45 pm on 6thand 7th October. These special evenings will see fans dressed as their favourite Harry Potter witch, wizard, Muggle or even creature with unique photo opportunities and giveaways to celebrate the Dark Arts. Tickets for these two special evenings go on sale at 10 am on 14th August here wbstudiotour.co.uk/
The Great Hall set will once again be decorated with over 100 floating pumpkins and the tables will be covered in a Halloween feast of red apples, pumpkins and cauldrons of lollipops.
After learning wand combat moves, visitors will be invited to take part in an exciting live duel with Death Eaters in the Studio Tour’s backlot. This will help to demonstrate how a scene like the Battle of Hogwarts would have been created during filming, as visitors will be directed through a battle with Death Eaters as they storming the Hogwarts Bridge.
Visitors will also be able to get hands-on with vats of slimy Troll snot, buckets of dribbling drool and pools of silvery unicorn blood as they are shown how they substances were created. Diagon Alley will take on a sinister twist as the lights are dimmed and the music becomes more foreboding on the wizarding shopping street.
We have visited during previous Dark Arts events and know that all of the visitors will enjoy this slightly darker twist to the Warner Bros. Studio Tour – The Making of Harry Potter.
The Studio Tour’s Dark Arts feature will run from Friday 28th September – Saturday 10th November.
Tikets must be pre-booked.
